Today I want to practice being thankful as soon as my feet hit the floor. I think so many of us get caught up in the day-to-day struggle that we forget what we have and how well off we are. I know I do it all of the time, and while we certainly do not look rich we are want for nothing and that should be the end of it.
My goal today is to list at least 10 things that I am grateful for. I am going to do this every day in a private journal, but I will report back on the progress. And I am going to focus on staying in gratitude mode all day. Something tells me that doing so would greatly change the way I go about my day.
